Isolation is probed, not assumed. Unprobed stays unlabeled. We never paint it as certified.

How EngOS does it. Each desk has an isolation probe. A missing probe stays unlabeled. False on any axis is the score. That is the rule we built.

Swarm. Tickets that claim a tenant is isolated without a probe are held. Security sits. The authoring desk does not grade the probe.
